We ship tobacco products only within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to verify the recipient is of legal smoking age.

Our loyalty program offers rewards points and tier-based benefits to eligible customers. Program terms, point values, tier thresholds, and benefits are subject to change without notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
Fraudulent activity, including creating multiple accounts to earn rewards, will result in forfeiture of points and account termination.
